Watering Your Roses

It’s important to water your roses during the warm to hot months. And you might be thinking that how do we do keep the water up to the roses in Western Australia when we have restrictions in place… it’s simple, you can hand water your roses.

Make sure that water reaches the root system because doing that will minimise leaf disease or the risk of leaf disease. During the dry season it is always best to water thoroughly and less often. Giving your roses plenty of water without drowning them helps the plant thrive during those warmer days.

And if you are unsure about how much water you need for your roses or how often you need to water them, please call John and he will advise you.

If you have roses in pots, please check them because you can hand water the roses daily and keep checking them during the hot weather.
